Name of university- Confirm the full and correct name of your university as per your academic documents. Please do not attempt to translate your university name into English.
Award level - What was the award type? E.g. BA, BSc, MA, MSc, MEng, etc.
Career/Subject studied - What was the official career title? E.g. Relaciones Internacionales or Ingeniería Electrónica.
Score/Grade or GPA - Please confirm your average score/promedio. E.g. 75% out of 100% or 7.9 out of 10.
Date of award - What is the date you completed/will complete your studies and received/receive your diploma?

- Please add the full and correct details of your high school studies.
- Please do not attempt to translate the high school name into English.
- Please confirm if you did any particular study path during your high school career, e.g. sciences or business and humanities.

If you don't know the exact day just estimate but ensure the Month and Year are always correct.

Please provide an overview of any employment undertaken within the last five years, starting with your current or most recent job.
- Always ensure you include the complete and full address of your employer and please do not attempt to translate the address into English.
- Include the correct start and end dates of your employment and an outline of key responsibilities.
- Remember that work experience can be used to offset slightly lower performance in your studies so it is important you include as much work experience as possible.

You should supply details of two referees, either academic or professional.

- If you have not been in education during the last two years, you can replace one academic reference with a reference from your current, or previous, employer.
- In addition you will have to supply copies of formal reference letters with your application that are written on headed paper (Papel Membretado).
- These letters have to confirm all of the below details including length of time known in months and years and full contact details, telephone and email address of your referee.

- We accept documents in PDF format only, with the exception of your CV, Personal Statement or Research Proposal, which may be submitted as a JPG or JPEG as well.
- Ensure all scans are clear and legible
- The file size of each individual documents must not exceed 1Mb
- The combined file size of all uploaded documents must not exceed 8Mb.

Official translations are required for all documents that are not in English, with the exception of your CV and Personal Statement, which must be written in English but don't require official translations.
All academic documents must be translated by an official translator (Traductor Autorizado)

If your university can issue your academic documents in English, you may use these to apply for a study place. However, as these translations are often not completed by an official translator, they cannot be used to apply for a UK study visa. For this reason, we strongly recommend obtaining official translations at the start of your application process.

Accuracy of Information
I confirm that all information and documents submitted as part of this application, including supporting documents, are complete, accurate, truthful, and that no relevant information has been omitted.

Use and Verification of Information
I agree that the information and documents I provide may be used by Inova Education and the relevant university or universities for the purposes of processing my application, obtaining admission to the university of universities applied for, enrolment, and the administration of my studies. If admitted, this information will form part of my student record. I authorise Inova Education, the relevant university or universities, and necessary third parties (such as schools, examination boards, referees, and English language testing organisations) to verify the information and documents I have submitted. I also agree that this application and my submitted information may be reused by Inova Education to process applications to other universities at my request, so I do not have to resubmit my details for each additional application.

Offers, Conditions, and Withdrawal
I understand that any offer of admission is subject to the terms and conditions set by the relevant university or universities, which I must accept and comply with. I acknowledge that failure to meet application requirements or conditions, or the submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information, may result in my application being cancelled, an offer being amended or withdrawn, or my withdrawal from a course (if enrolled), without liability to Inova Education or the university or universities.

Communication and Representation
I agree that Inova Education and relevant third parties involved in processing my application may contact me by email, phone, or post regarding my application, proposed studies, university decisions, visa requirements, and other essential stages of the admissions and registration process, and may communicate with the university or universities on my behalf where necessary. I understand that essential communications relating to my application, admission, visa process, or registration, will continue regardless of my preferences for optional updates.

Data Protection and Retention
Inova Education, part of Inova Consultancy Ltd, complies with UK data protection legislation (GDPR). The lawful basis for processing my personal data includes my consent and the performance of pre-contractual steps related to my application and potential enrolment. My personal data will be shared only with the universities I have applied to and other parties directly involved in processing my application, unless I provide explicit written consent for further sharing. My data will be retained only for as long as necessary to process my application, manage communications, support my study visa application, and assist with university registration.

Optional Study-Related Communications
I understand that I may receive optional information and updates from Inova Education, including:

• Webinars, information sessions, and events related to the universities I have applied to
• Study, or planning related events organized by external parties (e.g., English language exams, the British Council, funding bodies, scholarships, accommodation, etc.)
• Information about other universities, courses, or opportunities that may be relevant to my study plans.

These optional communications are not required to process my application, and I may unsubscribe from them at any time by without affecting the processing of my application.
