- If the university of your choice is not listed please provide details in the relevant section as the Inova Education team may be able to assist you in your application.
- Courses usually start in September each year although some universities may offer a January start as well. Please check our course database to see if a January start is indeed offered.

Course start date - Confirm the exact start date of your course in the DD/MM/YYYY format.
Course finish date - Confirm the exact finishing date of your course in the DD/MM/YYYY format.
Name of university- Confirm the full and correct name of your university as per your academic documents. Please do not attempt to translate your university name into English.
Award level - What was the award type? E.g. BA, BSc, MA, MSc, MEng, etc.
Career/Subject studied - What was the official career title? E.g. Relaciones Internacionales or Ingeniería Electrónica.
Score/Grade or GPA - Please confirm your average score/promedio. E.g. 75% out of 100% or 7.9 out of 10.
Date of award - What is the date you completed/will complete your studies and received/receive your diploma?

- Please add the full and correct details of your high school studies.
- Please do not attempt to translate the high school name into English.
- Please confirm if you did any particular study path during your high school career, e.g. sciences or business and humanities.

If you don't know the exact day just estimate but ensure the Month and Year are always correct.

Please provide an overview of any employment undertaken within the last five years, starting with your current or most recent job.
- Always ensure you include the complete and full address of your employer and please do not attempt to translate the address into English.
- Include the correct start and end dates of your employment and an outline of key responsibilities.
- Remember that work experience can be used to offset slightly lower performance in your studies so it is important you include as much work experience as possible.

You should supply details of two referees, either academic or professional.

- If you have not been in education during the last two years, you can replace one academic reference with a reference from your current, or previous, employer.
- In addition you will have to supply copies of formal reference letters with your application that are written on headed paper (Papel Membretado).
- These letters have to confirm all of the below details including length of time known in months and years and full contact details, telephone and email address of your referee.

Universities may be required by law to put special provisions into place to help you through your studies so they need to know how to best assist you and ensure you have the best study experience. Information you provide will never be used for anything else.

- Do not combine documents into a single PDF unless the document consists of more than one page, your transcript for instance may cover more than one page.
- Clearly name your document according to the section in which you submit it, e.g. if you submit your reference letter 1 in the appropriate section call that document Reference Letter 1
- We accept documents in PDF format only with the exception of your CV, Personal Statement or Research Proposal that can be submitted as a jpg or jpeg as well.
- Ensure scans are clear and legible
- The size of each individual documents can not be more than 1Mb
- The combined file size of all your documents put together cannot be more than 8Mb.

We will require official translations of all documents that are not in English with the exception of your CV and personal statement which you will need to write in English.
Your referees can write their reference letters directly in English as well.
However, the translations of all your academic documents can only be done by an official translator (Perito Traductor Autorizado)

If your university is able to give you your academic documents in English you can use these to apply for a study place, but as they are often not done by an official translator, you cannot use them to apply for a UK study visa. We recommend you obtain official translations from the beginning of your application process.

All decisions on admission are taken in good faith on the basis of the information you provide in your application form and covering documents.
If the university you apply for discovers that you have submitted false documents, or made a false statement, or have failed to provide significant and relevant information, they are entitled to withdraw or amend any potential offer, according to the circumstances. You may even be required to withdraw from the course if you have already started it.

In accordance with UK data protection regulations, the information contained in this application will only be used for the purpose of processing your application and, if you are admitted, will form the basis of your university student record.

By submitting this form and requesting Inova Education to process your application you confirm and agree that:

1) All the information given on this form (to include its covering documents), is true, complete and accurate and that no information requested or other material information has been omitted.
2) You understand and accept that any offer of a place on the course you applied for is subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions issued by the university/ies that you have applied to, which will be provided to you when an offer is issued and you agree to abide by the conditions set out there.
3) You accept that if you do not fully comply with these requirements, Inova Education and the university/ies that you have applied for reserve the right to cancel your application and/or withdraw their offer of a study place and you shall have no claim against Inova Education and the university/ies you have applied for in relation to this application.
4) You agree for the information, contained in this application, to be used by Inova Education, for the specific purpose for which it was provided, which is to obtain admission at the university/ies applied for, as selected in Section 2 of this application form and you agree for Inova Education to use and pass on my information, and documents, to this/these specific university/ies as well as any additional selected third parties that are required to have access to this information to be able to deal with your application.
5) You agree that Inova Education, as well as the selected third parties required to be able to deal with your application, can use your information to directly contact you by phone or email or send further communication by post, concerning your proposed studies at that/these university/ies.
6) You also agree that the information contained in the application, if admitted, will form the basis of your university student record.

Inova Education is part of Inova Consultancy Ltd who is fully compliant with the GDPR. Inova Education will never pass on your information to any further third party, aside from those circumstances confirmed in point 4, unless you’ve given you’re explicit written consent to allow us to do so. We promise that we will only retain your information for a reasonable amount of time, usually as long as is necessary to deal with your application, subsequent communication and your study visa application.
