How to obtain a translation quote?

Before doing so, please make sure your Inova Education Study Advisor has verified that your Spanish language documents meet the relevant university admission and/or visa and immigration requirements.
This helps you avoid unnecessary costs for translating documents that may not be accepted.

- Do not combine documents into a single PDF unless the document consists of more than one page, your transcript for instance may cover more than one page.
- Clearly name your document according to the section in which you submit it, e.g. if you submit your Bachelor's degree transcript call that document Bachelor's Degree Transcript
- We accept documents in PDF or jpeg format only
- Ensure all scans are of a high resolution, legible and show everything on there, including information on the back
- The size of each individual documents can not be more than 2Mb
- The combined file size of all your documents put together cannot be more than 10Mb.
