Football Industries MBA (FIMBA)
The original, and still the only, Football Industries MBA in the UK. As an MBA programme, it has the real business focus that management positions in modern sports demand. The programme focuses on the professionalism and business of the beautiful game. If you want to work in the global football industry—with clubs, governing bodies or related marketing, media and sponsorship companies—this is the MBA programme for you.
Crucially, you’ll receive vocational training for the industry, including the Becoming a Football Executive module and a Sports Operations Management module currently run with the assistance of UEFA.
Sports Business MSc

Scholarships and Funding
The University of Liverpool has various funding and scholarship arrangements in place for international students. Scholarships may be offered by the university itself, some by the British Government, whilst others are country-specific scholarships or study loans, part of an agreement with funding bodies across Latin America. University of Liverpool scholarships for September 2025 entry:
- Latin American students are eligible for Liverpool’s Advancement Scholarships worth between £2,500-£5,000. If you hold the equivalent of a first-class degree you are entitled to a standard £2,500 discount and Mexican students can apply for a further £2,500 discount.
- Tuition fee discounts of up to 50% are available for eligible MSc and MBA students in the Management School. Applicants will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis so an early course application is advised.
